This is a book that will tell you the wrong things you have been doing in your life and assures you that it's okay and normal, all you have to do is own it and move forward by changing your values. Contents in this book are worth reading, and the systematic presentation of the same must be applauded.   To write about extensive failures you need to have experienced some in your life and this is evident throughout the book but the way Mark Manson transcended those must be appreciated.
